Why Brazil appeared under NA in the demo
The demo’s Brazil server was physically located in Brazil but temporarily listed in the NA category. A menu grouping is not necessarily the physical location of a server.
Is there a dedicated OCE server?
The named Singapore region does not establish a separate Australian or OCE region. No dedicated Australian server or specific ping figure is confirmed here.
Do not assume that latency from Singapore represents an Australian player’s connection. A named region and a latency measurement answer different questions.
Party channels are a separate system
Server regions and Peace/Conflict channels are different choices. The latter change player-combat rules within the world. Read co-op and parties and PvP channels when arranging a group.
